Ascension uses AI to rate a photo of you across grooming, skin, hair, style, physique and related areas, then builds a habit plan, a social-confidence ladder, and a squad to keep you accountable. It is a self-improvement tool built around low-risk, everyday habits.
Ascension is rated 17+. You must be at least 17 years old to use it.
Scores, verdicts, and plans are AI-generated estimates and can be wrong. They are opinions about appearance, not facts, and they are not medical, dermatological, nutritional, fitness, or mental-health advice. Ascension only suggests everyday, low-risk habits; it will never recommend surgery, medication, or extreme dieting, and you should not pursue any of those based on anything in the app. Consult a qualified professional before making health decisions. Ascension Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings.
Squads are shared spaces. Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, or demean other members, and do not upload content you do not have the right to share. We may remove members or squads that break these rules.
Use Ascension only for lawful, personal purposes and only with photos of yourself. Do not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the service.
Ascension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forma is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its results.
