Cutoff: AI Fit Check & Stylist — last updated September 5, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Forma ("we") for the Cutoff iOS app. By using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Cutoff is an entertainment and styling app. It reviews photos of outfits with an AI model and offers styling suggestions and shopping search links. Reviews are software-generated opinions about clothes. They are not professional advice, not a judgment of any person, and may be wrong. Admission is decided by rules about the completeness of your application, not by appearance.
Applying and your first fit check are free. Cutoff Membership is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly with a 3-day free trial, or yearly) billed to your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Apple handles refunds under its own policies.
You must have the right to any photo you submit. Submit only photos of yourself or of people who have agreed. Do not submit photos of minors other than your own children, and do not submit unlawful or explicit content. Photos are processed once and not stored on our servers.
Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service, or use it to harass anyone.
"Find it" opens third-party retailer searches. Some links are affiliate links and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no cost to you; suggestions in the Edit are generated from your photo and are not influenced by commissions. We do not sell products, are not party to any purchase, and are not responsible for third-party sites.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
