These terms apply to the Eastwind iOS app made by Forma (RZ International LLC). By using the app you agree to them.
Eastwind is a self-care tool for adults. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or therapy. "He" is an AI assistant that generates replies in the voice of an older brother; he is not a licensed professional and can be wrong. Nothing in the app is a substitute for a doctor, therapist or crisis line. If you are in danger or thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988 in the United States, find a line at findahelpline.com, or contact local emergency services.
You must be 18 or older to use Eastwind. The app does not produce sexual or explicit content and will decline requests for it. You agree not to use the app to harass anyone, to seek content involving minors, or to attempt to extract explicit material.
Eastwind is not a crisis service and is not monitored. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call your local emergency number, or in the United States call or text 988. Other countries: findahelpline.com.
Eastwind Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through Apple, each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase after any free trial. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Everything you enter stays on your device and belongs to you. You are responsible for anything you choose to share out of the app.
Do not reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forma is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the app, including decisions made on the basis of anything the app displays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
