These terms govern your use of the Landed app, operated by Forma. By using Landed you agree to them.

What Landed is (and isn't)

Landed is a behavioral companion for weight maintenance after GLP-1 medications. It provides habit tracking, educational content and AI-generated coaching suggestions. Landed is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Never change, stop or restart a medication based on the app — those decisions belong with your prescriber. AI coach replies can be imperfect; use your judgment.

Subscriptions

• Landed Pro is billed through Stripe: $9.99/month or $59.99/year after a 7-day free trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime via Settings → Manage subscription; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• If a trial is canceled before it ends, you will not be charged.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of what you log. You must be 17 or older.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service, and don't use the coach for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forma's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the app or by email.
