Terms of Use

Plainly: ND Dating & Friends — last updated September 5, 2026

By using Plainly you agree to these terms. The short version: be 18 or older, be who you say you are, be decent to people, and understand that meeting strangers carries risk that you manage.

Who can use Plainly

Adults, 18 and over. Plainly is made for autistic, ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent adults and their friends; we do not verify diagnoses and never will. One account per person.

Community rules

• Be the person on your card. No fake photos, no pretending to be someone else, no accounts for other people.
• Say it plainly, never cruelly. Directness is welcome; insults, slurs, harassment and unwanted sexual content are not.
• No is a complete answer. A pass, an unmatch, an “I am out”, or a block ends it. Do not chase people across chats, tables or pairs.
• Tables happen in public places. Hosts pick places they know; guests tell a friend where they are going. Never host at a home.
• No selling, no recruiting, no fundraising, no links to paid content.
• Nobody’s diagnosis, medication or history is a topic unless they raise it.

Breaking these rules gets you removed. Blocking and reporting are on every card and in every chat.

Meeting people

Plainly introduces people; it does not vet them. You are responsible for your own safety when you meet anyone, and for the plans you make. We are not a party to anything that happens between members, online or in person. If someone makes you unsafe, leave, contact local emergency services if needed, and report them to us.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us a licence to store and show it inside Plainly so the app works. You may not post content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit.

Plainly Plus

Saying yes, joining tables, forming pairs and chatting are free. Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) billed to your Apple ID at the price shown before you confirm. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from the You tab. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk.

Warranty and liability

Plainly is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Forma is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Plainly or from meeting other members. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
