These terms apply to the Porch Cats iOS app made by Forma (RZ International LLC). By using the app you agree to them.
Porch Cats is a game of chance and patience: which cats visit, when, and what they leave is decided by the game's own timers and random draws. Silver and gold fish are virtual items with no cash value; they cannot be transferred, exchanged for money or refunded except as required by law.
Gold fish packs are one-time in-app purchases credited to your porch on this device. The Cat Club is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through Apple, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase after any free trial. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Your porch lives on your device. If you delete the app or your data, purchased gold fish that were already credited cannot be recovered; the Cat Club can be restored with Restore purchases.
Do not reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forma is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
