1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Forma, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Forma provides AI-powered nutrition tracking through photo and voice analysis. The service is currently in beta and may be subject to changes or interruptions.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos and voice logs you upload to Forma. By uploading content, you grant Forma a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

4. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings menu in the mobile app. Once deleted, your data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

5. Limitation of Liability

Forma provides nutrition estimates for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated nutrition data and are not liable for any health decisions made based on this information.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes.
