The Facebook strategy, this week.
Read from the Ad Library on September 10, 2026. What is running, what is winning, what you build.
Meta shows every active ad to anyone who looks. We looked in June and again this week. The machine on page one has changed shape, his copy has been copied by everyone, and five moves are beating it. Then a seven-line build sheet.
Forma has no connection to MEDVi. Every figure here is reported by the New York Times, Forbes, the FDA or Meta’s public ad library, and is linked at the bottom of each page. Nothing in this guidebook is advice to sell medicine.
What is running this week
- MedVi’s GLP-1 machine is dark. The brand page runs one ad, the same February benefit card, now “from $179/month” instead of $149. The persona pages that carried 222 of the 243 ads in June are gone.
- The volume moved to QUAD, his men’s ED product. About 2,200 active results for “medvi”, and the top of the list is all QUAD: affiliate advertorial pages (Modern Man Cave, Health Trends 24/7, TrendSeeker), persona story ads (a man’s first-person page, a woman’s), and a new brand page, QUAD Men’s Health, started September 6.
- His $149 copy is now everyone’s copy. The “no price hike, no membership, no games” checklist runs word for word under CoreAge Rx, Gala, Trinity Meds, Mint Med and TrimRx, most of them on person-named pages. About 580 active ads carry “tirzepatide” and “$149” together. The floor is $89 to $99 for semaglutide and $125 to $149 for tirzepatide.
- Agencies now sell the playbook itself. Two of the eleven ads that mention MedVi by name are agencies quoting his $401 million to sell “first paying patients in 60 days.” When the lane is being sold as a course, the lane is crowded.
Five moves that are winning right now
- Lock the price to the dose, not the month.“$149 at every dose. Month one at 2.5mg, month six at 10mg, still $149.” The fear being sold is the titration bill, not the sticker. Gala, Trinity and AltRx all lead with it. “Locked for life” is the phrase.
- Long-form first-person story ads.A wife’s 900-word post about a marriage and a graduation dinner. A 54-year-old’s 2,000-word post about five doctors. Both end at a three-minute quiz. These are the highest-impression ads in both categories, and they are text, not video.
- Advertorial pages that look like press.“We ranked the Top 5 GLP-1 platforms of 2026. One clearly stood above the rest.” Run from pages named like publications, landing on a review page, then the offer. QUAD runs the same format: “We tested 5 ED treatments. Only one had all 4 ingredients.”
- Age as the hook.“Born before 1972? Your price just dropped.” Prices set by birth year, a veterans tier, an “Over 40 & Thriving” page. Older buyers, higher LTV, lower CPM, and Meta lets you say age where it will not let you say weight.
- Mechanism, then a number, then “if you don’t qualify, you don’t pay.”QUAD: four ingredients, under the tongue, 10 minutes, 36 hours. GLP-1: every dose, one price, doctor in 24 hours. The quiz is framed as risk-free qualification, never as checkout.
The checklist ad got him to $401 million. It is now the category default and the floor. The winners this week are selling certainty about the sixth month, told as a story, from a page that does not look like an ad.
Your first thirty days, in seven lines
Needs the certificate, the Rx permission and a warmed account from page two. Do not run health ads without them.
- One campaign, Sales, $50 a day, three ad sets by angle:dose-locked price, first-person story, review advertorial. Advantage+ audience, US, 18+, all placements. No interest targeting.
- Pixel Lead on the quiz verdict.Optimise every set for Lead. Purchase fires on the partner’s intake, so do not optimise for it. Accept the Custom Audience terms on day one.
- Twenty ads on day one.Price in the image. Your face or a released customer’s, never a persona. Button: Learn more. “Prescription GLP-1 care”, never “compounded”, no before-and-after, no “you” with a condition attached.
- Kill rule, daily, same hour:$8 spent with no Lead, or cost per Lead above twice the set’s best after $40. Pause. Touch nothing else.
- Day 14:re-upload the two best as fresh ad IDs, unchanged. Add a $10 a day retargeting set: site visitors 180 days, quiz starters who did not finish, the locked-price copy.
- Scale 20 percent every three days while cost per Lead holds.Stop the day it breaks. Never double.
- Run it from the terminal.Claude through Pipeboard’s Meta Ads MCP builds the sets, checks the numbers at the same hour daily and pauses what failed. Free plan, Meta Business Partner.
Where this page comes from
- Forma’s reads of the Meta Ad Library: 243 MEDVi-related ads in June 2026, and the active US results on September 10, 2026 for “medvi” (about 2,200), for “tirzepatide” with “$149” (about 580), and for MedVi’s GLP-1 domains (11). Counts are the Library’s own estimates on that day; page names are as shown in the Library.
- Meta advertising standards: prescription drugs, and personal health and appearance.
Ad copy is quoted in short excerpts for analysis. Forma has no connection to any company or page named here, and nothing on this page is advice to sell medicine or a promise about what any ad will return.
- And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.
- But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
- Thou shalt carry much seed out into the field, and shalt gather but little in; for the locust shall consume it.
- But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face;
- That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.
