Coming soon

Seven minutes for the days you feel foggy, low or stuck.

Lantern is a daily ritual, not a feed. Open it once, sit with it for seven minutes, and leave with one small thing to do and one line to carry through the day.

Coming soonQuestions

Lantern is a wellbeing ritual, not therapy or medical care. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

What it does

  • A minute of stillnessA short, guided pause to arrive. No streak pressure, no timer anxiety, just a place to start.
  • A storyA brief retelling of a timeless story about being lost, tired, stuck or found again. Read in about two minutes.
  • One small practiceA single, concrete thing to try today: a walk, a call, a sentence written down, a boundary kept. Small enough to actually do.
  • A line to carryOne sentence to keep in your pocket for the rest of the day. It shows up again as a gentle evening reminder.
  • Kind on bad daysMiss a day, or a week, and Lantern simply picks up where you are. Nothing resets, nothing scolds.

Questions

Is Lantern a meditation app?

It includes a minute of stillness, but the heart of it is the story and the small practice. Think of it as a daily ritual for low or foggy days rather than a meditation library.

Is it religious?

No. The stories are retold from old, widely shared sources in plain, secular language. There is no doctrine, no prayer and nothing to believe.

When will it be available?

Lantern is in development and has not been submitted to the App Store yet. Follow the Forma Lounge for the release note.
