Drink less, wake up better.

For people who want to drink less without quitting, and who are tired of apps that only count. Tomorrow You adds the thing every drink tracker is missing: how you actually felt the next morning.

Tomorrow You is a self-tracking tool for adults of legal drinking age, not medical advice or a treatment for alcohol dependence. If you are worried about your drinking or experience withdrawal symptoms, talk to a healthcare professional.

What it does

  • The Morning LedgerLog drinks tonight. Tomorrow, a 20-second check-in captures sleep, energy, mood and hangxiety and turns them into a morning score. Every night gets a receipt.
  • Your personal hangover curveAfter a handful of mornings the app plots morning score against drinks and shows the number where your mornings fall off a cliff. Tonight’s cap comes from your data, not a generic rule.
  • Plan sober, decide onceSet the week on Sunday: dry nights, cap nights and a target. A gentle evening reminder shows tonight’s cap before you head out.
  • Pace yourselfOne-tap drink logging, a pace card that suggests when the next one is due, and a Wait 20 timer to let an urge pass.
  • Watch the ledger tipMoney saved, calories saved, dry days, longest dry streak and a morning-score trend over time.

Questions

Is this a sobriety app?

No. Tomorrow You is for moderation and mindful drinking. It helps you find and stick to the amount that keeps your mornings good, without asking you to quit.

How does it set my cap?

From your own morning check-ins. Once there are enough nights logged, the app finds the point where your morning score drops sharply and suggests a cap just below it.

Is my data private?

Yes. There is no account, no sign-in and no server. Your drinks and check-ins stay on your phone. Reminders are local notifications you control.
