Count steps, not calories.
Stride is a gentle step tracker for people who want to walk their way to feeling better without logging a single meal. No streaks, no leaderboard, no number you have to announce. Just steps, going up.
Stride is a tracking tool, not medical advice. If you are thinking about medication or have a health condition, talk to a doctor. StaveMD is a physician-led telehealth service in our studio family.

Questions
Does Stride count calories?
No. Stride never asks about food. It counts steps and shows a simple trend. If you later want to look at what you eat, Nibble is a separate app for that, when you are ready.
Is walking enough to lose weight?
For many people a daily walk is the most sustainable place to start, especially alongside advice from a doctor. Stride is a tracking tool, not medical advice; talk to a clinician about what is right for you.
When is it coming out?
