The honest part

Is this affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI?

No. Onsite is completely independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any company named in the app. Loop descriptions are compiled from public interview guides, company posts and candidate reports on forums like 1point3acres and Xiaohongshu.

Does it help me cheat in a live interview?

No, and it never will. Onsite is preparation before the interview. Real-time answer assistance during an interview breaks employer rules and gets offers rescinded. We do not build it.

Will it get me the offer?

No app can. Your reps get you the offer. What Onsite does is make sure you are practising the right rounds in the right format, and tell you honestly where you stand instead of flattering you.

What does the mock interview actually do?

It plays the interviewer for one round: it asks the opening question, then follows up on vague answers the way a real interviewer does, and after six to eight exchanges it writes a debrief scorecard on the four-point scale (Strong Hire to No Hire), by dimension, with your gaps named and the next drills chosen.

Is there Chinese support?

Yes. Chinese coaching notes can be turned on in onboarding or the Me tab, and they appear under every scorecard, drill grade and loop round. The interview practice itself is in English, because the interviews are.

What is free and what is Pro?
